Help, I need an intervention

You know you have ordered just too much fabric when they can't fit your order into one box and one of the boxes they send you contains too much fabric to fold so they just rolled it up and sent it. I am happy with my loot though and am ashamed to say I am expecting two more deliveries this week. This really does have to be it at least for awhile because it's coming in much faster than I can sew it and I am running out of room to store it. Off to take advantage of my last two guaranteed sewing hours this week.

  2. I've said that too in fact just a few weeks ago, but I'm now waiting for a shippment from fabric.com. I can't wait for it to get here, but when will I sew it....who knows! So much for helping, sorry :-0

  3. Is there anyone out there who sews as fast as they buy fabric!??? Buying fabric and owning fabric is such fun - enjoy yours!

  4. Yeah, you know I'm not going to show you any sympathy. I'm in the same boat. How about I placed another order yesterday because one of the fabrics I picked out last week was sold out, and I needed something else to go with another one of the pieces I ordered last week.

  5. I've always said you can tell a true seamstress by the stash she keeps. I made a pledge to myself not to buy any fabric until I sew what I have, but it's getting harder and harder evertime I step into the fabric stores or search online. Uggh!!!

  6. I just ordered a huge box of fabric from fabric.com (the box weighed 20 lbs!), and tonight I'm ordering more patterns... I told myself I would actually SEW something before I bought any more fabric or patterns, but we'll see if I can stick to that... Happy to have found your blog!
